The yellow crusts are a bit more of a problem. If you can email me a good close digital picture I can tell for sure, the pic can be several megabytes, you just take it and email it to me. if the crusts are thick and honey colored it may be impetigo infection which is easily fixed with a prescription antibiotic cream such as bactroban or and antibiotic syrup. That is has some texture to it to massage the skin gently to help keep the pores open. That should help.

For craddle cap, simple massage gently into the affected areas, it will look a little greasy , then at bath time use your favourite baby shampoo and rub into the greasy cradle cap affected areas then using you finger tips massage the area as firmly as possible without causing baby discomfort.

The idea is to loosen the scales but not pull them off. Wash the lot out with water and dry the hair. You then use a fine comb to remove the loose flakes. Repeat this several times and the problem will clear up quite quickly.

We currently do not have an agent in Canada although several naturopaths and chiropractors have purchased a dozen or so from time to time for their own clients.
