GENERAL SKIN TREATMENT QUESTION?

If you have a general question about David's treatments, or are seeking advice for a skin ailment or rash that is affecting you or someone you care for, please feel free to e-mail David for advice (BELOW).

The more information you can provide David with, the easier it will be for him to provide you with the most accurate possible solution for your skin care issue.

If possible, (to allow David to respond quickly) please try to provide information that includes:-

• Digital photo(s) of the rash if possible. Large size files are fine so the detail is evident. A picture really helps diagnosis and will be kept completely confidential in accordance with Australian and Pharmacy privacy laws
• Your description of the rash
• It's appearance, i.e. what does it look like? - color, shape, texture, size
• What part of the body is it appearing on e.g. face, arms, cheeks, etc
• Symptoms such as e.g. itchiness, bleeding, etc
• How long ago did the rash first appear
• Aggravating factors, i.e. what makes the rash worse, or makes it reoccur?
• Any allergies the affected person\child has i.e. lanolin intolerance
• Any medications currently being taken
• Any special conditions that may affect choice of product i.e. are you pregnant, or breastfeeding ?
• What other products\treatments have been used that have/hasn't worked

If you wish to Cancel an Order please Phone or Email us, below, ASAP.

• If we get your cancellation email PRIOR to posting your Order we will cancel the Order and refund the total order amount to your Credit Card
• If we get your cancellation email AFTER posting your Order we will provide you with instructions on how to Post the Order parcel back to us. On return of the Order parcel in good condition we will refund the order amount, minus our postal costs, to your Credit Card
