Are you suffering from any of the following:-
- red itchy skin rashes on your feet or heels ?
- cracked, flaking, or peeling skin between the toes ?
- burning or stinging pain from the skin of your feet ?
- foot blisters that ooze or get crusty
Has this happened to you, perhaps after any of the following:-
- using showers at a Motel, Hotel, B&B or sports Gym or swimming pool ?
- spending a lot of time in Sports Runners, Boots or tight Shoes ?
- having your feet in wet conditions for prolonged periods
- a recent stay in a tropical climate with high humidity ?
- or has it been a long term condition you have not yet found a treatment for ?
If any of the above apply to you,
then you may have contracted Tinea, a fungal skin infection of the feet !
Tinea of the Feet - Athlete's Foot (Tinea Pedis)
Foot rashes resulting from the contraction of a tinea infection is related to your Footwear.
Sports Runners, Boots and tight Shoes are often associated with having Tinea Pedis. (Athlete's Foot)
Athletic pursuits undertaken by Sports people or work activities that require heavy labour
can produce moist and warm conditions in footwear that encourage fungal growth.
Contact with Motel, Hotel and B&B showers and Baths, and Gym and Pool floors is another recognised Risk Factor
and your risk of tinea infection increases in relation with the number of people using the facilities.
Infection with 'Athlete's Foot' (Tinea Pedis) is more common during the summer months and in tropical climates.
Tinea of the Feet (Tinea Pedis) usually causes itchy rashes, particularly between the toes.
It is hard to clear up Tinea as footware tends to create a moist environment which is ideal for Fungal growth.
In fact, Tinea spores can stay in your Footware causing a cycle of reinfection !
What type of product will successfully treat Tinea of the Feet (Tinea Pedis)?
To successfully treat Tinea of the Feet a Tinea Balm or ointment will need:-
- At least two active anti-fungal agents (their is a risk that your tinea infection may be resistant to any single agent)
- An ointment base that will penetrate the skin but is water resistant to starve the fungi of the water they thrive in
- An active antispetic that is carried into the skin by the base to attack the fungi
- An agent to remove the dead skin where the fungi have been growing

Use once each night for ONE week as needed.
("Deo Fresh" contains Alcohol and Formalin to rapidly
kill all harmful organisms in footwear and also completely destroys Odor from your Feet!

- Treat the Shower and Bathing areas at home
to prevent reinfection from wet areas in your house.
This is simply done by splashing a cup full of "White King" or similar
chlorine bleach around your Bath or Shower recess and leaving overnight to
kill any Bacteria and Fungi in the bathing areas.
