ANSWER: How to treat red scrotum rash

Hi, You are definitely not alone and this is a common problem.

We often find people who live in a hot climate or who exercise a lot (bike riding and swimming) suffer from this. You may or may not be in this category but the treatment is the same and usually you can expect about 50% relief within about 2-3 weeks and further improvement after that. I recommend using our Psorexederm cream. The 250gram jar is probably the most suitable size.

You apply the cream which is a zinc based cream at night reasonably liberally to the area and wear a pair of underpants to stop the cream getting on the bed linen. To avoid soiling your underwear with the cream, but a pack of women's panty liners with "wings" (they are wider). You just peel the back off the adhesive patch on them and stick them inside your underwear at the best position to protect the fabric and keep the cream against the skin.

You could do this with the Desiten first, however the Psorexederm cream is a much better product as it is anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal. Once the inflammation and irritation is under control your body should heal the area.

Hope this helps,

QUESTION: How do I treat Pink or red Scrotum and redness covering part of the Penis

Hi David,
Your site came up in my search for my skin problem so hopefully you can help! I have had a red scrotum for over six months now and it will not go away! It's not itchy but more hot and uncomfortable! It varies from pink colour to sometimes very red but cannot tell why and when the changes in colour occur. Sometimes I notice that three quarters of my penis goes more red from the tip upwards but never all of it!!

I remember having jock itch and then it seems to have come on after that! Jock itch has gone but this will not go away. I have tried fungal creams, moisturisers and I would say it has reduced by 20% from my groin but is still on my scrotum!! Any ideas what it could be and if your cream would help??? Hope you can help? Many thanks for your time.

ANSWER: How to treat Pink or red Scrotum and redness covering part of the Penis

It is important to make sure there is no fungal infection still present. The easiest way is to get the doctor to check it and if possible to have the skin tested. A dermatologist is best for this.

Assuming the fungal problem has gone then you have been left with the common red scrotum syndrome. This is aggravated by sweating caused by exercise, things that keep the area moist like a hot climate, surfing, diving, swimming, bike riding etc. It seems most common in fairly active males from what I have observed although it occasionally affects people with a more sedentary life.

If you have a sporting or work activity that could be contributing to the problem let me know as I have had experience with various sports and can suggest specific things to do that will help eliminate it faster. E.G how to treat a surfers wet suit to reduce the problem. So if you have any more info that you think may be useful let me know.

Generally red scrotum syndrome is hot, red but not itchy which is where jock itch is different. The skin can be dry as well. If that sounds like what is happening then it is quite likely my Psorexederm cream will solve the problem. It contains a mild antifungal so is a good preventative against recurrence of jock itch. Basically treatment is twice a day application until the problem has gone. Then maintain the area with a good talc but not one containing corn starch.

The treatment in detail will take about 10 minutes a day and will take around 4 weeks. It is a bit messy but you see improvement within 2 weeks so you will know it IS working. You need a 250g jar of Psorexederm and may need a second jar to complete the treatment although one jar is enough for most people. I guarantee the product so if for some reason it doesn't help I will happily refund your money. The success rate is about 90%

The cream does not sting. It is a white colored zinc based cream so can stain dark fabric. However it is easy to use without problems with staining. You apply the cream thickly to the affected area at night and wear an old pair of underpants over the top to avoid staining. To wash the area, use a cleanser such as Cetaphil and wash the area with this and water. It is not necessary to remove all the cream as it is very protective, just do what seems sufficient . After drying apply more cream but sparingly for day use. I suggest buying a pack of women's panty liners which are thin pads that just stick inside your underwear to stop the cream rubbing off on the clothes. They are invisible thru clothing and although you feel them slightly at first after a few minutes they are unnoticeable. If you use them in your underwear at night you will have no problems with the cream soiling anything.

If you are going to play sport or something where the cream would be inconvenient it is fine not to use it for up to 1 day. Hopefully this is a help. Let me know if I can assist further. Kind Regards, David Hosking. April 2011

Eczema or Dermatitis cause raw, burning, cracking and red scrotum skin

Hi David,

My quality of life has been very poor, and I am realy upset by my 3 month ordeal so far with this unfortunate problem - I am suffering from what my gp and dermatologist believe is eczema or dermatitis of the scrotum. My symptoms are reddness, swelling of the skin, raw skin and rough skin. I have recently purchased 100g of psorexederm cream.

Background
  • I have never had bad skin, acne or dermatitis before. I am generally in good health, no existing problems. Then after a protected sexual encounter, my entire scrotum skin just seemed to burn and crack - at first it was very raw and the burning sensation was persistent and very uncomfortable. But the burning subsided and the obvious raw skin also seemed to heal up in its worst places.
  • I have been tested for all STDs including HSV - both Doctors I have been seeing regularly, one a dermatologist concur that it is not an STD -my GP believes that it is contact dermatitis of some sort - I feel it was friction against my underwear from foreplay (embarrassing).
  • I had a biopsy done that showed skin thickening, there was the presence of yeast however the skin surrounding was not inflamed, and the yeast numbers according to my dermo were not unusual.

Current Symptoms

Redness, raw sensation, prickly feeling from pubic hair being pushed into the follicles - every step I take I feel the hairs over the area rubbing the raw feeling skin - very uncomfortable. The skin feels rough and almost sticky due to this. The surface of the skin looks, when held at the right angle under light, an uneven crack spreading over the surface - not deep, hardly visible - however it is not wet or weeping or wet of its own accord - never has been.

Past treatment:
  • Hydrozole - approx 5 days - no result
  • Novasone - made the skin sag, and relax, turn a deeper pink (as opposed to red) but did not remove the raw irritated feeling.
  • Oral Steroid - no effect
  • Lamasil - approx 2 x 4 days - made the area go more red - but the alcohol content offered some releif QV Moisturizer - helped a small amount but like all topical treatments so far, the application action of smoothing on the cream irritated the area
Current Treatment:
  • Psorexederm cream once in the morning and once in the evening before bed for 3 days, no exercise for 3 months so far so I dont aggravate it (its so uncomfortable I can barely walk anyway), diet intervention - mainly fruit meat and vegetables. Doxycycline 100mgs a day (2x50), fish oil tabs, zinc tabs, b-vitamin supplement.
  • Could you please advise whether or not the psorexederm is the correct product to use - I have started using it (3 days) and my scrotum seems to dry out a bit as the cream wares off. The cream sinks into the cracks of the surface, and I feel this is promising.
  • Also, in your experience, is scrotal dermatits particularly difficult to fix for any reasons, and what time frames would you expect improvement - particularly using the cream. Will the redness go first, or will the skin begin to seal and smooth out first.
  • Any other help / info or observations you could offer would mean the world to me.
I'm sorry, I know this is a long email, I appreciate your time. You seem like a very patient man to take such time for people. Thankyou so much.

Eczema or Dermatitis cause raw, burning, cracking and red scrotum skin

Hi,

You would be surprised how many men and women suffer from dermatitis in this area. In most cases the Psorexederm cream works very well and restores comfort very quickly. It is safe to apply anywhere in the genital and anal areas.

The best way to apply it for men is to purchase a pack of women's panty liners with wings at the supermarket or pharmacy. The brand is not important as they are to keep the cream on your skin and protect your clothes. They are an absorbent pad several millimeters thick and have an adhesive back that allows them to stick them in the front of your underwear. They are not visible through your clothes and then you can apply the Psorexederm cream more thickly, a layer about 1mm thick approximately is good for during the day. At bedtime apply a little more.

If you feel it may help, you can apply more at a third application during the day if convenient. Since you are in such discomfort, this may help`. If the skin appears to dry out it is time to apply more anyway.

I would expect discomfort to be the first symptom to clear followed by the rough raw skin and the redness as well. Using the above mode of application a significant improvement should be present in 7 days and this should just get better.

You mentioned foreplay as coinciding with the problem. Some lubricants have preservatives in them which can trigger allergies. This may or may not be relevant to you. A preservative free lubricant is Astroglide glycerin & paraben free (parabens are the nasty preservatives if you are allergic to them) and another brand is Sylk.

As you probably have the same underwear as before you had the problem, changing to a different fabric probably won't help.

Normally the skin has yeast and quite a number of bacteria on it in moderate numbers and this is considered to be normal skin flora. The tests you have had are quite extensive and ruled out any cause from bacteria and fungi I feel.

Your diet and medication are fine, I feel the other creams didn't help as the trigger was a reaction to something. You don't mention if you swim/surf/dive frequently (say weekly to fortnightly) as this is a trigger for some people, especially chlorinated pools and more so, spas. Home spas can be a lot worse as in my experience, people pour far too much chemicals in them or have automatic salt chlorinators set too high so when you get out your skin feels dry and itchy. Just tossing out a few ideas here in case I've missed anything.

The Psorexederm Cream plus pantyliners to allow you to apply plenty of cream 2-3 times a day should start to produce good results in 1 week. Do let me know how you are progressing and if the problem flares up at any time, look for a trigger factor about 24hours before the flare-up.

QUESTION: How do I treat a red groin rash caused by a batching wet suit?

David,
I want to apologize for the graphic nature of these pictures, but this rash does indeed appear in the groin area. I'm sending pictures in 2 lots because they we're to big to send in just one. This rash appeared in August of 0x, it is still occurring to this day on and off in severity. The rash has always kept the same pattern around my groin, on bad occasions spreading to some of my thigh and lower shaft, but always leaving the sames spots alone. I've been to doctors and dermatologists, the original doctor I went to said it was yeast. I surf, so he said it was from keep on a wet bathing suit (wet suit). He gave me CLOTRIMAZOLE & BETAMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE CREAM 1%. That kept my rash red, the entire scrotum in fact..I went to my Primary care and he gave me HYDROCORTISONE CREAM 2.5% saying the yeast was probably gone, now your skin is inflamed.

That worked temporarily, it flared back up again with a fury. I went to a dermatologist, he did a swab and a biopsy, and gave me a CORTIZONE OINTMENT WITH ALOE, along with MENOCYCLINE PILLS thinking perhaps it was bacteria. The biopsy and swab found no yeast, and he deemed it some form of contact dermititus. It continued to flare..to make this email short for you. I have tired VUSION(.25% miconazole nitrate/15%zinc oxide/81.35%white petrolatum) TRIPLE PASTE, LAMISIL, EDLIDEL 1%, GOLD BOND EXTRA STRENGTH AND NORMAL, PROTOPIC, DIFLUCAN PILL, which worked for a while but the rash came back, DOCTOR BURTS HERBAL DEFENSE OINTMENT(has vit A, E, and ZINC OXIDE in it) I've tried JOJOBA OIL, wearing tight fitting under wear so skin won't touch skin. I Currently eat coconut oil, drink watered down Apple Cider Vinegar, and also gently swab that on the skin. I'm also trying on different spots SILVA SOLUTION PRO 50(a colloidal silver dropper). I eat well, have good hygiene. I have also tried doing nothing to it

The rash itches sometimes, and other times it burns. Sometimes I feel yeast comes and goes. Sometimes the skin is tacky, sometimes it is dry, it takes on so many different forms Sometimes its just one big raw rash, and sometimes it little raw dots. Always red in that same pattern, leaving the same parts of the skin alone. My only known allergies is penicillin and I don't take that or a derivative of, ever. I cannot tell what makes the rash inflame or calm down, there is seemingly no rhyme reason.

One thing worth mentioning that comes to my mind, I have taken many antibiotics in the past. I also had bad acne when I was 2x, right around when the acne cleared up, this rash began, not sure if there is any correlation, perhaps a hormonal imbalance of sorts?

Do you think you have any idea what this might be, or honestly think any of your products could help me, this rash has ruined so many aspects of my life. Thank you very much for you time.

ANSWER: How to treat a red groin rash caused by a batching wet suit and prevent reinfection

Hi,
Thanks for the pics as they show the situation so it is much easier to recommend a treatment.

I am a rather old Jet Skier so perhaps I can shed some light on your problem, suggest the causes and a potential cure or at least a very effective control. As I guarantee out products 100% if you do not have success with my suggestion just let me know, However, Similar problems occurs in males in several sports such as bicycle riding in lycra shorts and swimming.

The skin is an amazing organ 1-2mm thick yet able to keep out bugs, keep moisture it and generally maintain itself. Once it starts to break down secondary infections can get in, sometimes bacterial, sometimes fungal. Frequent exposure to the elements then hinders healing.

Treatment consists of providing an anti-fungal protective barrier with an oily base product that will penetrate into your skin and allow it to rapidly heal when you are out of the water, yet be residual enough to provide some barrier protection when you are swimming.

I make a product called Psorexederm Cream which provides these beneficial properties. Basically I would buy the 250g size as I feel you will probably get excellent control but unless you surf less than 3 times a week the problem will linger.

The Psorexederm is applied when not in water thickly as shown in the image attached. The product is a little more brown than in the image shown. So you can apply it thickly without it soiling your clothes you need to use Women's sanitary panty liners with wings. These can be purchased for about $8 for about 16 and they are a thin absorbent pad you just peel off the back and press the pad inside the front of your underwear to shield you clothing from being stained by the cream. I know this sounds unusual but the ideal is to apply the cream thickly morning and night but not need it when surfing. The pads are cheapest locally but should you wish us to include some in your order I can, just put a note in the order comments section "please add panty liners with wigs as discussed with David" That will add about $8 AUD extra to the order but could be more convenient for you.

If you can avoid surfing for more than 2 days a week for 2-3 weeks you should get excellent results as the cream remains in the skin and has an antifungal effect.

Your wet suit is a possible source of reinfection that needs to be treated to remove any spores that may be in the suit in that area. To do that prepare 2 solutions.

Turn your wet suit inside out and dip the crotch inside area in the bleach solution until the solution almost reaches the other side of the material. Then stick any area that was in contact with the bleach into the soda solution to neutralize the chlorine so as not to damage the wet suit. Squeeze the fabric a few times to get the chlorine out and soda in. The chlorine smell will disappear but leave it in the soda for about 30 minutes to neutralize everything. Then wash it out with water and allow to dry.

After about 14-21 days the results should be excellent but after surfing wash and dry thoroughly and reapply the Psorexederm Cream to the problem area. As this has been happening for sometime I would be cautious and apply the Psorexederm at bedtime on nights before or after surfing.

This treatment may need fine tuning with the use of the cream but I believe I can guarantee in 14 days you will be amazed at the improvement. This is due to the highly resistant and residual protective nature of the cream. This protective nature also acts to protect against contact dermatitis.

Should you give it a try, Keep me updated with what is happening an if things are not progressing as described let me know.

Kind Regards David Hosking - October 2009
The problem should get steadily and rapidly better.

QUESTION: Help with genital scrotal dematitis

Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2007

Hello David:
My dermatologist says I have scrotal dermatitis or seborrhea. I keep using cortisone creams which help slightly, but it always comes back. I have also become sensitive to wool slacks which is particularly distressing as I would like to resume wearing suits and dress slacks.

Will your cream help? Also, how long would one have to use it. Finally, why is there nothing like this available in the USA? Is your cream safe? I have tried internet product before with no success.
Thank you very much. I need help!
[Male Person -USA]

ANSWER: Help with genital scrotal dematitis

Hi M,
We have had excellent results with scrotal dermatitis however the product requires the following application method. The Psorexederm Cream is a thick white zinc based cream that can stain clothes so you will need to purchase some women's panty liners with wings to avoid the cream messing up your clothing. Apply it thickly before bed to the affected area. It will not sting and will soothe any itch. Then get a pair of underpants, bikini type are best, and peel the backing off the panty liner to reveal the adhesive back and stick it inside the front of the pants wear your genitals will touch the cloth when you put them on.

In the morning, remove the panty liner and discard it, have a shower to wash off the cream using a soap free cleanser such as cetaphil. It is not necessary to remove all trace of the cream which will leave a thin protective oily layer on the skin. You will feel the skin has absorbed some product but it should not stain during the day.

If the problem is severe and you are at home during the day, say, a week end, you can also use the cream during the day also. If the product works for you, you should see a great improvement within 14 days. However, as no product works in 100% of cases we offer a hassle free 100% refund. Simply let us know if it worked! If it did work we would love to know, and if it doesn't we will happily refund your money in full.

It is hard to know how long you may need to use it. Once the problem has cleared up you stop using it but still avoid soap and anything that could aggravate it. Perfumed talc, fragranced toilet paper and soap are common irritants. It may recur and you may have to retreat it. Men and women get this problem and I have had good feedback on the product working, but little information on it recurring. One person revealed it had totally cleared the problem which was a great help in there relationship as you can imagine!

There quite likely is someone in the USA making something for the problem. It is simply not a million dollar profit area so the drug companies don't bother making products for it. Sounds cynical, but I have been in the business since 1974 and they are all looking for what is known as "blockbuster drugs" - Viagra is a good example, a new drug invented for blood pressure which had a highly desired side-effect!!! Drug patents only last 5 years for the good of mankind!

I am what you will probably recognize as a compounding pharmacist. My specialty is skin and I formulate many products for individual needs. Some of my formulations have been so effective for a wide range of conditions that I sell them on the internet with an unconditional guarantee. When you are desperate and your doctor cannot help you, turn to the Internet. I cannot give you a 100% guarantee the product will work, but if it doesn't I give you a 100% guarantee I will give you an immediate 100% refund.

That's basically why we have niche products as we can provide some answers to some conditions that are difficult to treat. I also don't like cortisone very much. It is fine for a short while but over the long term it does damage the skin. If you are currently using it be aware that suddenly stopping it may cause a "Cortisone Flare-Up" 3 days after you stop.

If using cortisone, keep using it during the day and use our Psorexederm Cream at night. After 1 week halve the dose of cortisone. E.G. using it twice a day with our product at night for 1 week, after 1 week drop it to once a day with our product then all should be progressing well and you can stop the cortisone and if still needed, continue with the Psorexederm Cream.

The product should cause immediate improvement, in the unlikely event of a reaction, cease using it and let me know. This is unlikely.

Depending on the climate you live in wool microfiber suits and clothes should be fine once the problem has cleared. Wool fibers come in different thicknesses and the finest (Micron size) wool from Australia goes to China and Italy in that order!

Microfiber is not at all prickly but you seem to know your clothes so I may be telling you what you already know. Hope you have good results when you try the Psorexederm Cream. I look forward to hearing the results.

Kind Regards,
David Hosking

QUESTION: How do I cure Shocking scrotol excema (eczema)

Dear david
my name is [male person] from tasmania. And i have this shocking scrotol excema, for two years now. I have used all the cortisone, antifungal creams to no avail, i would like to know from you if your product for excema & dermatitis is a good opption for me.Thanking you hope to here from you soon
regards [male person]

ANSWER: How to cure Shocking scrotol excema (eczema)

Hi MH,

We have had great success with our product "Psorexederm Cream" for eczema and psoriasis in the genital area and scrotum area for men and the genital area for women.

The positive aspects are it usually produces good results within 14 days,
The negative side is that is zinc based and messy to use.

However we have developed a method of application to maximise results and minimise mess. Get a pair of wide panty liners that women use from the supermarket just about anything with an adhesive strip and "wings" will do. This is to avoid mess on your clothing during the day. You apply it fairly thickly at night and wear an old pair of underpants to bed, put a panty liner in and place it inside your underwear where the underwear is likely to get cream on it..

When you shower in the morning use Cetaphil Wash or NS wash from you local Pharmacy (Chemist). When the area is dry, apply the cream sparingly then use a soft cloth like an old towel to wipe off the excess to just leave a shine on your skin. Put a panty liner in your underwear if you feel it is necessary.

The product works as it has no water in it yet is highly protective to damaged skin. It has coal tar to soothe itch and a small amount of anti-fungal boric acid to help heal.

I have had several women with psoriasis or eczema in the genital area and this works well, and is pain free and effective.

Thank you for you question which I don't think I have put the problem or the answer on the website yet so I will email it to my webdesigner to be included totally deidentified and in information form.

Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
David Hosking. April 19, 2006

QUESTION: How to treat Contact dermatitis on the penis head (and penis crown)

Dr. Hoskings,

I purchased your psorexederm product last week without hesitation and I can not wait to get the cream. My issues started with a mild irritation of the genitals from mountain biking and other sports. Ended up seeing several dermatologists and I now have contact dermatitis on the penis head (and crown) along with the scrotum. This is all from steriod creams (protopic and others) I believe. After two weeks, the scrotum is still red and starting to heal but the head of the penis is still very red and sensative. It hurts when I even put on boxers. The continued rubbing of any clothes etc... seems to not let it heal.

I was using Fluocinonide ointment .05% to repair some of the damage from the last Derma and his next move is to send me to a allergy specialist. At this moment in time I am using Aquaphor and I am afraid to try anything else. If you can, please give me some assurance that I am good to go with your cream and continued use so I can ride again. Also, can I put the cream on the tip and head of the penis to protect and heal immediately?

Thank you so much for your time and help. Kind regards,

ANSWER: How to treat Contact dermatitis on the penis head (and penis crown)

Hi, You can certainly use the Psorexederm product on any part of the genitals and it will provide quite rapid healing of the areas that you are having trouble healing. I suspect you have 2 problems happening, the red scrotum and the contact dermatitis.

It is very unlikely you will be allergic to the psorexederm. You should expect improvement of the tip and head of the penis in 2-3 days, it is very effective for this. When you first use it you may experience slight stinging as the area is sensitive, this will be mild and only for a very short time. The second application will feel a lot better, the 3rd better again.

You need to apply it fairly thickly to "coat" the damaged areas. You can apply it as often as needed, I suggest twice a day but you may find 3 times a day is even more soothing. There is no problem using it long term. Stopping steroids is good as they are generally worse than useless for bike induced problems in my experience.

In the unlikely event it gets worse let me know, I am always cautious with allergies. Since you will be applying it thickly you need to put a panty liner in the front of your underwear, this will make things more comfortable for you as well as preventing the white cream getting on your clothes.

Always wash your underwear in a hot wash as this kills any fungal spores that will survive a warm wash. The psorexederm is very good for bike riders and similar sports as the cream reduces friction dramatically. It is safe to use whenever you need to treat irritation from riding which is a very common problem as you are aware. Let me know how you get on. Kind Regards, David Hosking June 2011

TESTIMONIAL(s) - see our other pages for more

Testimonial: "inflicted with some sort of awful ball rash for over a year"

"I posted back a few years ago after being inflicted with some sort of awful ball rash for over a year. I am so skeptical of internet "cures" or people on the internet selling creams, especially if these creams weren't sold in the usa. I had tried everything, this rash wouldn't go away, so I had nothing to lose but try one of these internet creams.

David Hoskings, I owe this man my life. He is some sort of pharmacist in Australia and makes creams for different types of skin ailments. I emailed pics of my rashed balls, and gave him a detailed description of what I had taken for it, how it reacted when it flared up, the whole 9. He got back to me and said to try his Psorexederm cream, give it two weeks he said. I read up on his cream on his site..his site looking kinda dodgy so I was unsure. I ordered it anyway, whats some bucks if it'll cure me. I got the cream, it was messy and uncomfortable. I pit it on during the day when I could, and put it on heavily at night. I kid you not, the stuff WORKED! After 2 weeks there was much improvement. I then used it on and off for about a month.

GONE, I am normal again after over a year of hell. You have nothing to lose, try this cream I swear to you it gave me my life back."

Testimonial: Itchy Sticky Scrotum

Guys has anyone tried David Hoskings? I used everything under the sun from doctors and derms and nothing worked. The Doc on here is equally clueless. I had this for 2 years, it ruined my life, gave me back problems from walking oddly. I came across this guys stuff(David Hoskings in AUS) and figured I've tried everything else I'll give it a shot.

I sent the guy pics of my junk, embarrassing, but I was as desperate as you get. He was totally cool about it and told me to get his Psorexederm cream. In 2 weeks I saw vast improvement, 3 weeks it was basically gone.

I put it on morning thick, and night thick for a month. I've been relatively totally clear for over a year, any time I feel the slightest flare up, I put the cream on for a week just for good measure. I hope this helps someone on here, because if you have what I think I had, I know how horrible life is right now. Horrible nights sleep, ruined confidence, attitude, social life, sex life, depression... all brought on from this life wrecking rash that is still not diagnosed. I really feel for you guys. Get in touch with David through email, ask questions, he'll get back to you he did for me. Think it costs me quite a few bucks if I recall, maybe more with shipping cause it came from Aus, but best money ever spent. http://www.hoskingspharmacy.com/treat-psoriasis-excema_balmpsorexederm.php

Testimonial: red scrotal rash

"I suffered from red scrotal rash many years ago. It was one of the most persistently annoying skin conditions ever and lasted for well over a year. I saw multiple dermatologists and tried everything under the sun to fix it, with no luck. I stumbled upon your skin cream online and decided to try it.

To my amazement, it permanently fixed the problem. I really wish other guys with this rare problem knew that this was a solution. I don't know if you can improve your google searching abilities, upgrade the website, or what, but this product was a godsend when nothing else works.

I feel like all dermatologists around the US should be selling your product, or at least know that it exists. So this is a 3- year belated thank you."

Testimonial: very nasty itchy rashes in scrotum area

"Hello David,

I'm just writing to wish you a happy new 2012 and also offer my most appreciative thanks.

This is my story, feel free to post in your website and I had also posted in various forums on the internet as a way of helping others.

Last summer I took a trip to Asia. It was extremely hot and I developed some very nasty itchy rashes which I had treated with Anti Histamine creams. When I returned to the USA my skip was fairly clear but I was suffering from intense itching, especially in my scrotum area which was always red and very itchy.

To make a long story short. The itchy scrotum problem lasted for months and drove me crazy. I had tried every remedy I could find from anti fungal creams to steroids (prednisone). I also tried many natural remedies like Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut oil, but nothing seemed to work

My itch did respond to anti histamine pills, but when they wore off it would return with even greater power.

Needless to say I was very down. I couldn't sleep at nights and was very cranky.

I ran into a forum post suggesting your website. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had tried so many creams and remedies, but I decided to give it a shot.

I got your "Psorexederm" cream and used it as instructed (using old pairs of underwear that I didn't care about). Within a few days that itch subsided and by the time I finished the treatment it was pretty much gone. I've been itch free for the last few months save for few minor itches in the stomach and legs.

Anyhow I just wanted to offer my most appreciate thanks. Your product is the real deal and really gave me my life back. I've been spreading the word and will try your product for nail fungus (which is something else I've been struggling with for years)

Happy new year and thank you yet again.
