As for your son, It sounds like an allergy problem so I would suggest you buy some Claritin Syrup and give him two and a half ml daily for 1 week to see if there is any improvement. In the USA Claritin syrup is labelled for 2years old and up, it is safe to use in an 11 month old child and the same product is marketed in Aust. as Clarityne so I recommend it quite a bit in my practice.

See what this does along with the Lavender Balm, if it is an allergy the improvement should be quite noticeable.

Let me know in a week what is happening, I also think my stronger psoriasis, eczema & dermatitis cream would help, however it is a little messy to use on the face. It does have the same base as our diaper (nappy in aust) rash cream and will fix diaper rash in about 2 days, just apply thickly at each nappy change.

Is he teething and have watery bowel actions at the moment? That can cause the diaper rash, especially with sensitive skin. Applying the Lavender balm very thickly to his buttocks at night will help diaper rash, but the Psoriasis, Eczema and dermatitis cream would be better.

I am inclined to think if he is not getting better to start the Claritin syrup now and order the psoriasis cream now since it will take a few days to get there. As always, if you are not happy with the results I am happy to refund your money.

You can definitely fix the diaper rash with it and probably help the face too. I say. probably as I like to be conservative.
Please email me back if I can help further.
Kind Regards,
David Hosking.

Dear David,

We ordered your Lavender cream for our 11 month old son. We applied it up to 4 or more
times a day and his facial rash did clear up.
The problem is it won't stay gone. It keeps coming back worse than the time before.
His face looks almost blistered from him rubbing it back and forth on everything he touches.
We try not to let him do this as much as we can but he does it at night too when he is
sleeping in his crib. He now has a diaper rash too. His skin seems to be so sensitive?
We don't know what to do for him anymore?
We keep applying the cream and it does get better but it just comes right back the next day.
His cheeks and chin are so red. We feel so bad for him.
We know it itches but what else can we do?
Do you know of anything else we can do or have any suggestions?

We've taken him to the doctor several times and they can't do anything at all.

In fact we think the stuff the prescribe for him makes it worse so we only use your
infant cream on him now. We feel so helpless....
